After the late postponement of their game at Altrincham on Saturday, Bromley now travel up to North Wales for their next scheduled National League fixture at Wrexham on Tuesday night, which will be shown live on BT Sport.
The Ravens last match was the 0-0 draw at home to Southend Utd on New Year’s Day and after the other games went ahead on Saturday, Andy Woodman’s side now find themselves sitting in tenth with 34 points from 23 league matches.
The Southend game saw Woodman opt for a back four for the second game in a row, with youngster Kellen Fisher and Millwall loanee Besart Topalloj putting in good performances at full back.
Wrexham were involved in FA Cup action on Saturday defeating Championship club Coventry City 4-3 away, thanks to goals from Dolby, Lee, O’Connor & Mullin.
The Red Dragons are currently second in the National League with 56 points from 24 games, five points behind Notts County with two games in hand.
Despite the heaving rain forecast, manager Phil Parkinson will be hoping they can get this game played with Notts also in action on Tuesday night.
The last time Bromley and Wrexham met was at Wembley in May 2022 for the FA Trophy Final, which The Ravens won 1-0 thanks to a second half goal from Michael Cheek.
In the league meetings last season the game at Hayes Lane in February ended 0-0, while the match at The Racecourse saw The Reds win 2-0 back in November with goals from Hall-Johnson & Mullin.
Bromley loanees Reece Hannam (Palace) and Charles Clayden (Charlton) have returned to their parent clubs this week, while Charlie Nicholas has come back into the squad after his loan spell at Walton & Hersham.
This will be a tough assignment for Bromley and they don’t have a good record at The Racecourse, but they are only three points off the play off places despite being without a game for ten days.
Kick off is at 7:30pm.
