It has been confirmed that Sam Wilford will remain with Team AGR for 2021.

The team will continue their relationship as they compete in the 2021 FIM CEV Repsol season.

He joined the team for the last two rounds of the 2020 Moto2 season finishing a best of seventh. It meant that he finished in 11th place for the season overall, despite only racing in two rounds with them.

The target for next season is to continue with the early form shown in the Moto2 and to fight for the podium on a regular basis.

Speaking about the 2021 season, Wilford said: “I’m really excited about this opportunity to join AGR Team for the 2021 season.

“We did a great job at the end of 2020 and I’m excited to see what we can achieve next year. Thanks to everyone involved in making this possible and I look forward to work with the team in 2021!”
