Live Wheelchair Rugby comes to Canterbury on Sunday, November 1st when Canterbury Hellfire meet London Storm.

It is a clash of the National Shield Winners, Canterbury, and the National Cup holders, London.

The match is part of a Wheelchair Rugby Open day organised by Canterbury Rugby Club day at the Lifestyle Fitness venue, Canterbury Academy, Knight Avenue, Canterbury and starts at 12 noon.

Great Britain Wheelchair Rugby captain Steve Brown, who coaches the Hellfire, will be running taster and training sessions for this high octane sport and Canterbury first team rugby players will be trying their hand at the Wheelchair version of the game.

The city’s Lord Mayor will be there to support the Canterbury Hellfire team which was formed less than two years ago and has won promotion to the national stage in National Division 2.
