Kent spinner James Tredwell has been called upon to help England prepare for the Test series against India.
Tredwell is one of four spinners that have flown out with the seventeen man touring party as they prepare for the upcoming series with a training camp in Dubai.
The 30 year old Kent spinner will be joined by Scott Borthwick, Simon Kerrigan and Azeem Rafiq at the training camp in Dubai.
The quartet of twirlers, together with National Lead Spin Bowling Coach Peter Such, have been called upon to assist the Test squad in their preparation.
Durham leg-spinner Borthwick, who boasts three limited-overs caps for England, was already in Dubai on holiday, while Rafiq has travelled over from South Africa after representing Yorkshire in the Champions League T20
Tredwell and Kerrigan, who play their domestic cricket for Kent and Lancashire respectively, flew out with England this morning.
The 17-man Test party contains three spin options in Graeme Swann, Monty Panesar and Samit Patel.
