Tonbridge Angels 0-3 Bromley

Bromley slightly eased their relegation worries with a fine display away from home totally dominating their higher placed hosts.

The Ravens started well and after a spell of pressure took the lead on 12mins when Joe Piggott crossed for Mike Jones who slotted the ball home.

They should have made it two on 17 mins when Muggeridge handled in the box. Danny Waldren took the penalty, but Worgan saved well.

Tonbridge created a few half chances , but Bromley defended well and finally extended the lead on 41 mins when Arron Rhule cut in from the left and deftly chipped Worgan from 10 yards.

The second half saw The Ravens start well again Piggott was denied by Worgan before the Charlton loanee made it 3-0 on 57 mins with a superb goal.

He cut in from the right and send a sublime floated effort over Worgan and in off the bar. Tonbridge did then have a good spell but Joe Welch made easy work of shots from Miles and Collin, while Piper fired over.

Piggott had another effort cleared off the line after he had taken the ball past Worgan, before his replacement Louis Theophanous then had two good shots saved by Worgan in the final minutes.

This was a fine win and the solid midfield set up was the perfect foundation for the win.
