Punjab United were celebrating at Sheppey United’s Tiger Stadium after a second half treble from George Goodwin secured the clubs first ever trophy – a hugely enjoyable Kent Reliance Intermediate Challenge Shield win against a gallant Borden Village side.
Following Welling United’s Kent Reliance Senior Cup Semi Final penalty shoot out victory over Charlton Athletic, joint caretaker manager Harry Wheeler was pleased with his team’s overall performance.
