Three Canterbury Harriers did the London Aquathlon at the Olympic Pool.
The run part of the event goes around the Olympic Park. Yiannis Christodoulou (also Adelta CC) started the waves off and then raced home in 2nd overall in 26:23. He was then followed by Jo Norrington as 5th lady in 30:14 and Julie Bradford came home in 35:24.
At the Podplus Ashford Summer 10K Series, Henry Cox was 4th in 39:12 and Paula Reading 22nd in 49:25.
At the Road Athletics Aylesham & East Kent 10K, Andy Phillips was 3rd vet 50 in 43:25 and also in the top 10. Sarah Maguire was 3rd lady in 48:50 and Wendy Smith 2nd vet 50 in lady in 53:52. David Thomas was 2nd vet 60 man and gained a PB in 55:17.
