Chris Powell is likely to change the entire team for the trip to Rochdale on Saturday.

Danny Green returned to the fold on Tuesday but did not have the best of games so may have to settle for a place on the bench.

Scott Wagstaff was one of the few to shine against Preston when he came on as a sub for Paul Benson and may start.

The league is very much Powell’s priority but he will hope that his team will react to their first defeat of the season.

New signing, Yann Kermorgant, if fit, will vie for a spot on the bench with Jason Euell and Benson.

Powell may start with this line-up:

Hamer; Solly, Taylor, Morrison, Wiggins; Wagstaff, Stephens, Hollands, Jackson; Hayes, Wright-Phillips.

Subs: Sullivan, Cort, Hughes, Green, Kormorgant.

Steve Rushton from Staffordshire will be the man in charge.
