‘Ride for Jarvy’ has been set up by a group of umpires alongside friends and family of NPUA umpire Mark Jarvis, who sadly passed away last year to raise money for Hockey for Heroes and Macmillan Cancer Support and it will end at Holcombe Hockey Club in July.

The ride, taking place across five days in July, will start at the Welsh Institute of Sport, home of Cardiff & Met Hockey Club, include stop at every 2024/25 Men’s Premier Division team and end at Holcombe Park.
The journey begins on Sunday, 20 July and finishes on Thursday, 24 July, meaning that riders will have biked over 500 miles in five days.
The riders would welcome your support as they finish at Holcombe Park and you can follow their journey on Facebook here, as well as training.
Donations can be made here to support the cause.
