Bradley Ray is back in World Superbike action this weekend, as the season finally gets back underway in Misano.
For Ray it has been two long months since he and his Motoxracing World Superbike were on track, and this weekend they are back for their home round at the Misano World Circuit, which will be the first of two rounds in Italy in 2024.
WorldSBK arrives in Italy, at the Misano World Circuit to be precise, as the Yamaha Motoxracing WorldSBK Team prepares for a home round, the first of two Italian events to feature on the 2024 calendar.
In the three rounds held to date, the rider from Lydd has scored two points, but will be hoping that he can challenge for the points this upcoming weekend at a track the team knows well, and Ray enjoys racing at.
Speaking ahead of the weekend, Ray said: “We’re heading back on track at last! I can’t wait to get back on my bike and work with the team. After such a long break, I hope I can soon regain the automatisms and be quick right from Friday’s practice.
“I really like the Misano track and the atmosphere in the paddock, so I hope I can fully express my potential and that of the team!”
