Congratulations to Holcombe’s Matt Ramshaw who has been added to the full-time Senior Great Britain programme following the Talent Confirmation period. 

Ramshaw was a member of the silver medallist England squad at the 2019 EuroHockey Junior Championships as well as winning two gold medals at the Sultan of Johor Cup for GB. 

He made his senior international debut in 2022, scoring twice against France in the FIH Hockey Pro League. 

Ramshaw is added to the programme alongside former Holc Sam Hooper while Ollie Payne, Sam Taylor and Rohan Bhuhi remain part of the programme. 

Head Coach and Director of Hockey Kwan Browne is also Great Britain and England Assistant Coach, working under Zak Jones. 

The forward has enjoyed an impressive debut season for Holcombe, scoring 10 goals in 12 Premier Division appearances so far.
