Kent Cricket have confirmed that Hamidullah Qadri and Arafat Bhuiyan have left the Club following the end of the 2024 domestic season and the conclusion of their Kent contracts.
Hamidullah Qadri joined the Club from Derbyshire in 2020, and made 47 appearances in first-class & List A cricket, scoring 719 runs at an average of 23.19 and taking 63 wickets at 36.42.
His best figures of 6-129 came against Lancashire in the County Championship in April 2022.
Arafat Bhuiyan signed for Kent from the South Asian Cricket Academy in 2023, featuring for the first team on nine occasions in first-class & List A matches, taking nine wickets at 66.88.
He achieved his best bowling figures of 4-65 on debut in the County Championship away at Surrey.
The Club have stated that they thank Hamid and Arra for their contributions in a Kent shirt and wished them well in the future adding that they will always be welcome back at Kent.
