Un-Limited Motorsport ended what was a challenging weekend in the latest round of the Kwik Fit British Touring Car Championship with a points scoring finish in race three in what can best be described as sketchy conditions.

Having qualified in 13th position on Saturday afternoon, Daryl DeLeon was looking for a positive start to race one and challenge for a solid points haul. As the lights went out and the race unfolded, that looked exactly like it was going to be the case.

Unfortunately, he had contacted when running in 11th position and as a result of the damage he had to pit and that dropped him down to 18th place, which is where he would finish the race.

The second race of the day unfortunately didn’t get any better for the Un-Limited Motorsport team with Daryl starting 18th and bringing home the Cupra Leon in 19th plaace.

The final race of the weekend turned out to be the best race of the weekend for the team, starting from 19th place in awful conditions, Daryl made up places before the safety car and then the red flag came out as the conditions were that bad. When the race got underway again, still in wet conditions Daryl had moved up six places and came over the line to finish 13th and bag three points.

In the Jack Sears Trophy Daryl sits in third place overall and fourth overall in the Independents Trophy standings. With just one round left of the 2024 season to come at the teams home round at Brands Hatch in ten days’ time.
