Karl Robinson thinks the Addicks need another six points to ensure their safety, and he will be looking to take those six points from the next two games.
At his press conference on Thursday, Robinson was asked if Josh Magennis, Jason Pearce and Chris Solly would be fit for Saturday’s trip to Peterborough.
Teasingly, Robinson said two of the three would be in the squad. It could be that Chris Solly is the one who will not be involved, and Ezri Konsa’s hamstring is likely to rule him out.
Robinson has used a diamond midfield in recent matches, and is likely to stick with the formation for this game.
Robinson’s team could look like this:
Rudd; Byrne, Bauer, Pearce, Chicksen; Crofts, Ulvestad, Forster-Caskey, Holmes; Novak, Watt.
Subs: Phillips, Dasilva, Teixeira, Jackson, Botaka, Ahearne-Grant, Magennis.
Graham Salisbury from Lancashire will be the referee.
Posh’s form has dipped since their vist to The Valley in December, and they have struggled at home.
Robinson will expect to take something from this game.
