Bradley Wright-Phillips is trialing with New York Red Bulls this week. If successful, the club’s 2011/12 top scorer could find himself playing alongside Thierry Henry in the Red Bulls’ front line.Bradley Wright-Phillips2

Wright-Phillips’ former Valley team mate, Ruben Bover, is already on Red Bulls’ books, as is former Addicks winger, Lloyd Sam.

Charlton’s Valley clash with Wigan has been put back 24 hours to Sunday 27 October, due to the Latics being involved in the Europa League, which stages matches on a Thursday night. The game will still kick-off at 3.00pm.

The club will operate a two tier pricing structure for match-by-match sales of tickets for League games next season. There will be six ‘gold’ matches – Millwall, Leeds, Brighton, Queens Park Rangers, Reading and Blackburn – with sixteen ‘silver’ matches and the annual ‘Football For A Fiver’ promotion. The promotional game has yet to be decided but will be announced in due course. Best seats for adults will cost £30 for the six higher priced games and £26 for standard matches.

The first round Capital One Cup match with Oxford United will be played at The Valley on Tuesday 6 August with a 7.45pm kick-off. As expected, prices will be £10 for adults and £5 for concessions. Tickets will go on sale on Tuesday 9 July from the Commercial Centre.
