Ebbsfleet United’s survival hopes took a dent with a draw, Dartford won, whilst Bromley, Dover Athletic and Welling United were all beaten.
Tom Phipp had given the Fleet the lead at Stonebridge Road, but they were to be held by Nuneaton Town leaving Liam Daish’s side in trouble near the foot of the Blue Square Bet Premier league table.
Meanwhile, Dartford were to win 2-0 in Telford with loan signings Jason Prior and Charlie Sheringham on target for Tony Burman’s side.
In the Blue Square Bet South league, Welling United’s hopes of sealing promotion took a small dent with a 2-1 loss at second placed Salisbury City.
Trailing 2-0, the Wings were to pull a goal back through Joe Healy from the spot, but they were unable to grab an equaliser despite the home side having their keeper sent off.
Dover Athletic’s place in the play-off places is all but assured despite losing 5-0 at Crabble to Basingstoke Town with Bromley losing 3-0 down at Weston Super Mare,
