With snow having falled on Kent and across the country, all of the games involving all our local clubs have now been called off.
The two FA Vase games involving Lordswood and Tunbridge Wells were the first two games to go with many more following suit.
Dartford’s Conference Premier League game at Hereford United went the same way at midday on Friday with Margate’s Ryman Premier League game at Lewes called off earlier in the day.
Ebbsfleet United’s game with Tamworth at Stonebridge Road was the latest to fall to the weather at 2pm.
Meanwhile, Dover Athletic’s game against Bromley and Welling United’s at home to Boreham Wood were to follow shortly after, whilst Tonbridge Angels game against Eastleigh was called off wiping out the Blue Square Bet South fixtures for Kent’s clubs.
The last game to be called off was Maidstone United’s game at Dulwich Hamlet, with the game passing an initial inspection at 10:30am with the referee deciding about 1:30pm that the pitch was unplayable.
