Ebbsfleet United picked up another point on their travels despite ending their game at Kettering with ten men.
Despite going a goal down, Fleet came back to lead 2-1 at the break with a Calum Willock penalty and Jamie Darvill’s 33rd minute goal giving Liam Daish’s side the advantage.
Nathan Koo-Boothe had been sent off for Kettering in the first half for Willock’s penalty and the home side were level on 50 minutes through Josh Dawkin before Yado Mambo was sent off for Ebbsfleet leaving them 20 minutes to hang for a much deserved point.
In the Blue Square Bet South league, Dover Athletic kept up their fine run under new boss Nicky Forster beating Thurrock 3-1 at Crabble.
Donovan Simmonds bagged a brace for the Whites with James Walker scoring the other for Dover.
Dartford’s first game without striker Charlie Sheringham ended in defeat despite Tom Bonner scoring a late consolation in the 2-1 defeat to Truro.
Despite Frannie Collin scoring his 13th goal of the season, Tonbridge Angels lost a close game at home to Basingstoke Town whilst Welling United were comfortably beaten at Eastleigh.
Meanwhile, Bromley came back from 3-1 down to snatch a draw at Maidenhead. Leon McKenzie gave the Ravens an early lead, but it required late goals from Warren McBean and Hakeem Araba to earn Mark Goldberg’s side a point.
