Jack Nixon will be back on track in 2024 as he joins the British GP2 class after announcing this afternoon he is joining Kramer Motorcycles.
The 2021 Superstock Championship had to sit out most of the 2023 season, and he is delighted to be back on the grid for 2024.
He will be racing alongside Owen Jenner on board the Krämer GP2-890RR, bringing plenty of race experience with him.
Speaking about the move, Nixon said: “I’m really excited and thankful for this opportunity that Eddie has given me with Krämer. I’ve known him for quite a few years now, and his passion for the team is clear.
“Now that everything has come together, I can’t wait to see what we can do after a well structured off-season and testing programme. See you in 2024!”
It wasn’t just Nixon who was delighted to be joining Kramer as the Teams Managing Director Eddie Roberts was pleased to be able to get Jack on board for next season.
He said: “Having Jack in our team is a great asset, to have two young guns in the GP2 prototype class has always been my dream. We can focus on not one but two 600 Superstock Champions, with the ultimate goal of getting young British riders into MotoGP.Eddie Roberts & Jack Nixon
“I have known Jack for a few years now, he has always impressed with his thinking approach to racing, Owen has the same attributes and as teammates I know they will make each other stronger.
