Holcombe players Ollie Payne and Nick Bandurak have been named in the Great Britain squad for their FIH Pro League fixtures against Australia (two), India and Spain from Saturday, 8th June to Wednesday, 12th June.
Payne returns to the squad to make his first GB appearances since the Olympic Qualifiers earlier this year, while Bandurak is retained from the first four London Pro League matches as Olympic preparation ramps up for Paul Revington’s side.
These are the final Pro League matches in London for Great Britain in the 2023/24 season – after this set of fixtures, Revington’s team will take on Belgium and Germany in Utrecht and Amsterdam.
The hosts currently sit sixth, two points above Germany, with both teams having played eight of their 16 matches, while Spain are four points further back with just two fixtures remaining.
Australia, meanwhile, sit third with 24 points from 12 games, five points behind leaders Argentina who have played all of their 16 matches already.
Great Britain will be hoping for a strong end to the season ahead of the Paris Games after four straight wins, looking to build on their second-placed Pro League finish in 2022/23.
