Dartford racing driver Alex Nevill will continue his 2019 Mini Challenge Cooper Pro campaign this Saturday when the second event of the championship takes place at Oulton Park in Cheshire.

The circuit holds good memories for Alex, who was recently announced as a Motorsport UK Academy squad member. Having finished first and second in the two races there last year, on his way to the 2018 Cooper Am title, it’s therefore a circuit that Alex looks forward to re-visiting.

Speaking ahead of the weekend, Nevill said: “I love the Oulton Park circuit. It’s challenging and unforgiving, and to be fast there you need to be precise and committed.

“That really suits my strengths as a driver. with the round after this being the Mini Festival at Brands Hatch, some strong results this weekend would really help me carry some momentum into my home race.”

The weekend will feature rounds three and four of the 2019 championship, with a pair of 15 minute races.
