Gillingham goalkeeper Glenn Morris has agreed a new deal with the club.
Morris, 40, was offered a new deal earlier in the month and has now put pen to paper on a deal that runs until the summer of 2025.
The veteran stopper has made close to 600 professional appearances throughout his career and, to date, has featured 67 times across three spells at Priestfield.
He won the club’s Player of the Year Award at the end of the 2022/23 campaign.
On extending his deal, Glenn said: “I’m really pleased to get my contract signed and sorted so early on in the off season. It was an easy decision for me and my family.
“I’m enjoying my time at Gillingham and I can’t wait to get back to work with all the boys and staff. I’m excited for the future and what the new season will bring!”
Morris is likely to start the new season as number two behind Jake Turner, but has shown that age is no barrier and is still reliable if called upon.
