MEMS Power Generation has ended its term as the main sponsor of Gillingham Football Club after seven successful years of partnership.

The initial deal with Gillingham Football Club was first signed back in April 2011 and the stadium has since been known as the MEMS Priestfield Stadium.

MEMS Chairman and lifelong Gills fan, Colin Jarvis said, “Today we have announced that MEMS will be stepping down from its role as lead sponsor of Gillingham Football Club due to a restructuring and realignment of our ongoing marketing strategy,”

“Since 2011, MEMS have been extremely proud to be the main sponsor and have enjoyed being part of such a loyal football community. It has been an honour to support my local club which I have been following since a young boy. I wish the team and staff all the best for the future, and I will, of course, continue to watch them as often as I can!’
