With a number of players missing through injury, Manager Craig Holloway has moved to bring in reinforcements for the rest of the season.

Signing on loan for the Blues from League 2 Dagenham & Redbridge are defender Andy Burns and forward Tom Davie.

Andy signed for the Daggers in the summer of 2012 after impressing during a trial with the club. He started his career at Bolton Wanderers and then moved to fellow League 2 club Bradford City before signing a one year deal with the Daggers.

Since joining the Daggers, the 20 year old has spent time on loan at Kettering Town, Bishop Stortford and Harlow Town in order to gain first team football.

Tom is a product of the Daggers academy system. He was rewarded for some fine performances last season with his first professional contract in June 2012.

Earlier in the season, 19 year old Tom was on loan at Harlow Town.

Both Andy and Tom can also play in central midfield and so provide options for the Margate boss.
