Lydden Hill, the Home of Rallycross and Buckmore Park, the Heart of British Karting have become official commercial partners for the 2017 season.
Both circuits offer an array of days out for the family and provide opportunities to drive the famous tracks.
Buckmore Park which now celebrates 54 years in operation offers kart races and corporate days, and Lydden Hill offers public track days for both cars and bikes.
Fifty years ago this year Lydden hosted the very first rallycross event, and in 2017 hosts World RX of Great Britain, the UK round of the FIA World Rallycross Championship on 27-28 May.
“We at Lydden Hill are excited to be forming a commercial partnership with Buckmore Park, the undisputed Heart of Karting in the UK and look forward to working with them this season. We have a number of ideas for joint mutual working in the pipeline, across karting, bikes and cars, which we hope to announce soon,” said Marketing and Events Manager Louise Price.
Matt Rogers, Marketing Manager at Buckmore Park added: “By teaming up with Lydden Hill we will both benefit from each other’s extensive knowledge and experience in our own chosen field. This will provide an exciting and unique opportunity for both venues to support each other going forward.”
