The Invicta Dynamos made it twelve games unbeaten and went top of the league with a comfortable victory at London Raiders on Saturday night.
Kevin Parrish’s side headed to Lee Valley knowing that they were looking for revenge for their only defeat of the season so far and they certainly got that.
Playing his last game for the club, import Jakub Klima was to open the scoring for the Dynamos at the start of the second minute and despite conceding later in the period. the visitors were to go on and score five more unanswered goals.
The Dynamos were to open up a two goal lead by the end of the second period with Dan Fudger and Nicky Lewis registering goals.
In the third period, the Dynamos were to go through the gears, firing another three goals past the Raiders with Lewis adding his second of the night in the 52nd minute.
Mos defenceman Arran Strawson was to make it 5-1 just a minute later despite the Dynamos being shorthanded, with import Juraj Huska capping off a fine performance for the side with the sixth in the 55th minute.
The victory takes the Dynamos to the top of the NIHL South 1 league, two points clear of Chelmsford Chieftains who head to London Raiders on Sunday evening.
As for the Dynamos, they are back in action themselves on Sunday evening when they entertain the Wightlink Raiders at the Silver Blades Ice Bowl in Gillingham in the NIHL Southern Cup looking to make it 13 games unbeaten. Face off is a 5:15pm.
