Gills Ladies are back at MEMS Priestfield Stadium this weekend for the visit of Swindon Town.The ladies defeated West Ham Ladies at ME7 on the opening day of the season having not played at Priestfield for over two-and-a-half years.
Kallie Balfour struck in the 89th minute to clinch victory as the Gills ran out 1-0 winners.
Over the course of the 2017/18 season a selection of games will be played at MEMS Priestfield Stadium and some at Chatham Town’s CJ Doors Stadium.
This weekend it will be at the club’s main ground and Manager Jack Wheeler is looking forward to the occasion against a strong side.
He said: “It’s always great to play at the club’s main ground due to the size of the stadium and the facilities on offer. I, along with the girls, are very grateful for the support we have received so far and we will look to build on a positive start to the season on Sunday afternoon.”
Tickets for the game are £5 for Adults and £1 Concessions (seniors and u16’s).
Kick-Off is at 2pm.
