The fixture has been moved from Sunday 21st June to Sunday 1st. August.The change of date is actually to accomodate the Sussex side’s rearranged KOC quarter final second leg vs. Birmingham, with Chris Hunt and the SLYDE Kings awaiting on the outcome of that tie to decide Kent’s opponents in the semi.
Meanwhile, the draw for the semi finals of the National League Knock-out Cup has paired the Kent SLYDE Kings with the winners of the Birmingham vs Eastbourne tie.
The Brummies will take a slender five points lead into the second leg of this outstanding quarter final at Arlington.
That second leg is now scheduled for 21 June with the winners then due to visit Central Park on the 29th of this month for the first leg of the semi final: the furthest the Sittingbourne based SLYDE Kings have ever gone in this competition.
