On International Women’s Day, Kent Cricket have confirmed the county specific fixtures for Kent Women in the 2023 season, to complement the fixtures of South East Stars, the women’s regional hub representing Kent, London & the South East.
Kent Women will begin their 2023 one month today with two T20 friendlies against Kent Women U18s at Polo Farm in Canterbury on Saturday 8 April, with FREE ENTRY to all & no need to pre-book tickets.
The Horses will once again contest the ECB’s Women’s County T20 regional tournament in a group alongside Middlesex, Oxfordshire & Surrey. The competition will run across April & May, with two T20 double headers hosted at Polo Farm.
The 2023 edition of the Women’s London Championship 50-over competition will then commence in June & will run into July – Kent will face Essex, Sussex, Surrey & Middlesex, with venues to be confirmed very soon.
The ‘Battle of the Bridge’ T20 match between Kent & Essex will once again be hosted under the lights at The Spitfire Ground, St Lawrence on Monday 3 July – an 18:00 start.
Entry to all Kent Women matches is included in 2023 Memberships & Six Pack Ticket Bundles, or £5 at the gate for all home matches for non-Members. Tickets cannot be pre-purchased.

South East Stars will also be contesting both Charlotte Edwards Cup & Rachael Heyhoe Flint Trophy matches at Kent venues this season, with a T20 double header alongside Kent’s Men’s First XI at The Spitfire Ground, St Lawrence on Wednesday 7 July as part of the 171st Canterbury Cricket Week.
