Kent will be looking to maintain their unbeaten run when Northamptonshire come to Canterbury in the County Championship this week.
Rob Key’s side have had a great start to the season, with their only win so far coming against Northampton, winning by an innings and 120 runs.
This week, they will face a Northants side buoyed by the return of former Kent all-rounder Andrew Hall with the South African returning to skipper the side.
The visitors will also include former Kent wicketkeeper Niall O’Brien with Chamida Vaas missing the game after picking up an injury.
As for Kent, they are expected to make one change to their starting eleven with Matt Coles back in contention having played for the England Lions last week, missing Kent’s draw with Essex at Chelmsford.
He is likely to replace Ivan Thomas in the side, who can consider himself unlucky to miss out after taking two wickets on debut last week.
Chris Piesley is expected to be named twelfth man with Kent hoping to get a full game in at Canterbury after recent weather interrupted games.
Kent squad to face Northamptonshire will be: Rob Key, Scott Newman, Ben Harmison, Brendan Nash, Mike Powell, Darren Stevens, Geraint Jones, James Tredwell, Matt Coles, Mark Davies, Charlie Shreck, Chris Piesley.
Northants squad: Newton, Peters, Coetzer, Sales, Hall*, Middlebrook, de Lange, O’Brien+, Willey, Daggett, Brooks, Davis.
