Kent Cricket are offering supporters both young and old an opportunity to meet the 2012 Kent Cricket squad at their annual Open Day.
Fans are invited to attend from 11am to 1pm on Sunday 13th May at the St Lawrence Ground, Canterbury.
The Open Day is free to all, and along with the opportunity to test your cricketing skills against Kent’s finest, there will be face painting and a bouncy castle for the kids, as well as the chance to meet the Club’s Spitfire Sweethearts cheerleading squad and Club mascot, Victa. Nando’s will also be on hand with some tasty free samples!
There will be an opportuntiy for supporters to take an exclusive behind the scenes peak at the redeveloped St Lawrence Ground, including player dressing rooms and training areas, media suite and hospitality boxes, as well as the Chiesman Pavilion and Les Ames Stand. Tours will be available throughout the Open Day.
The Club will also be distributing free copies of the 2012 squad poster, and lucky supporters will be able to get their poster signed by the full Kent squad.
Kent Cricket have made an excellent start to the 2012 season, and the excitement of the one-day CB40 and T20 competitions is fast approaching. It should be a great day and the Club look forward to welcoming supporters to the St Lawrence Ground.
