The Kent FA is seeking to recruit a Marketing & Communications Officer to deliver the Kent FA Marketing & Communications Strategy.Kent FA logo

Kent FA has recently significantly enhanced the forward facing image of the Association through:

– Much greater visibility in all forms of the media.
– A new modern and consistent brand identity and logo.
– A new purpose built website.
– Commercial partnerships with local and national businesses.

Effective communications and marketing are essential if the Kent FA is to build, maintain and enhance its competitive position, strengthen its external relationships and improve the culture of the organisation.

The role will involve the following key themes:

– Events management and promotion

– Brand development and visual identity
– External and internal publications
– Website development
– Media liaison
– Partnership/Sponsorship development
– Market research/customer service

The Marketing & Communications Officer will also support and enhance a number of the Kent FA’s ongoing major priorities which include increasing participation, raising standards, creating better players, running the game and investing in the football workforce.

You need to be passionate about and committed to the development of football at a local level. You must be able to work under pressure, handle multiple priorities and meet deadlines.

The position reports directly to the Chief Executive.

Salary range – £20,000 – £24,000
