Rochester based Jamun racing are back on track this weekend as the 2013 season heads to Thruxton over the bank holiday weekend.
They will be looking to maintain the run that saw them finish second, third and fourth in the last race at Donington Park last time out.
This has been their best finish this season with the three drivers that they have on the grid, and it gives them something to build on.
Nico Maranzana goes into the race second in the overall Championship and leads the scholarship class by seventeen points, he will be looking to extend that lead this weekend.
Juan Rosso made his debut at Donington last time out and found his way onto the podium this will have given him a taste for success and he will want to go one better this time out at Thruxton.
Once again the man they will have to beat is Dan Cammish, he has won all six races so far this season and all from pole position as well.
It looks as though if anyone is going to beat him they are not only going to have to match him for pace in the races but also out qualify him.
There is a ray of possible sunshine for those chasing him down in the Championship, he missed last month’s test at Thruxton so there will be other drivers who have better and more recent knowledge of the circuit.
It is the quickest circuit on the calendar and with speeds of 140mph it is going to be a test of all the drivers’ ability, it therefore promises to be a thrill a minute weekend of action on the track.
