In form Holmesdale are back in SCEFL Premier Division action on Tuesday night when they take on Sutton Athletic at Oakley Road.
Dale go into the game sitting in second place with 17 points from 9 league matches, having won 1-0 away at Corinthian last Saturday thanks to a second half goal from Jack Church, his sixth of the season so far. Reece Perera’s side are on a run of three consecutive one goal victories and have won five of the last six matches, which has seen their rise up the table.
Sutton Athletic are currently bottom of the table with 4 points from 7 league games, although one win could see them move up as far as thirteenth. Last weekend Athletic lost 2-1 away at Larkfield & New Hythe, Elias Ahmed with the goal for Ryan Huckle’s side. Prior to Saturday The Sutts has drawn their last three league games and have been bolstered by the return of striker Arlie Desanges to the club.
When the sides met last season, Holmesdale won 2-0 at Sutton Athletic in February and they battled out a 1-1 draw at Oakley Road in November.
Both sides will be looking for a positive result, with Holmesdale hoping to keep in the play off places and Sutton to ease away from the single relegation spot heading in the autumn months.
Entrance for the game at RTL Stadium, Oakley Road, Bromley Common, is £8 for adults and £5 concessions. Kick off is at 7:45pm.
