Holmesdale are back in SCEFL Premier Division action on Saturday afternoon when they entertain Lordswood at Oakley Road.
Dale go into the game sitting in fifth place with 16 points from 11 league games played, having won 3-1 away at Tower Hamlets on Wednesday night, courtesy of two goals from Andy Constable and one from Nathan Palmer.
Manager Lee Roots has overseen a solid start to life back in the Premier Division and they have also progressed in the FA Vase, beating Croydon Athletic 4-0 last weekend, thanks to goals from Khari Oriogun, Palmer and another two from Constable.
Lordswood travel over from Medway sitting in seventeenth with 5 points from 7 league games so far, last Saturday Neil Hunter’s side also progressed in the FA Vase beating Seaford Town 4-2 on penalties after a 1-1 draw at The Bill Bishop Memorial Stadium, Jake Creed scoring the goal in normal time.
In the previous midweek Lordswood drew 3-3 away at Tower Hamlets with two goals from Charlie Gill and one from Harley Gorse.
With both sides going into the match on the back of victories this looks set to be a close fought, entertaining game as they look to move up the SCEFL table and get a good run going into the Autumn fixtures.
Entrance for the game at Oakley Road in Bromley Common is £8 for adults and £5 for concessions, kick off 3pm.
