Holmesdale take on Beckenham Town in the Southern Counties Eastern League at Oakley Road on Saturday afternoon looking to kick start their season under new manager Byron Beard who was previously with Orpington.
The Bromley Common based side have gone through quite a few changes so far this campaign and will be looking for a result for the new regime to build upon.
In Beard’s first game in charge they lost 5-0 away to Erith and Belvedere.
Beckenham come in to the game fresh from a 6-3 extra time win over AFC Croydon Athletic in the FA Vase on Wednesday and they too have gone through managerial changes this season with Jason Huntley & Jason Clews now in charge.
Town boast an impressive forward line of Jake Humphreys and Richmond Kissi, both proven goalscorers at this level, but they do have a few injury concerns following the midweek game.
Dale sit seventeenth in the table with eight points from twelve games, while Becks are seventh with twenty points from twelve games and are still well placed to challenge the leaders.
With both sides looking to move up the table it should be a closely fought derby.
