Bromley’s pre-season continued with a 3-0 win at SCEFL Division One side Holmesdale on Wednesday night thanks to strikes from Anderson, Higgs and an own goal.
First teamers Ben Chorley, Jordan Higgs, George Porter and Aiden Enver all featured at Oakley Road alongside the second year academy players.
Ian Varney and Lee Roots’ side gave a good account of themselves and have had a good pre-season leading up to their campaign kicking off with an FA Cup game on 5th August away to Loxwood.
Following the impressive win at Welling last weekend this was a useful work out for The Ravens after Dartford pulled out of Tuesdays scheduled game due to pitch problems at Princes Park and injury worries.
Neil Smith’s side now prepare for the visit of Crystal Palace on Saturday to open the new Hayes Lane pitch with a Family Fun Day event starting at 9am. The main match kicking off at 3pm.
