Holcombe’s Phase Two fixtures for both the Men’s Premier Division and Women’s Premier Division have been confirmed.
Following 11 Phase One fixtures, the league now splits into a Top Six and Lower Six, with five more fixtures in Phase Two.
After this phase comes Phase Three, where first, fourth, fifth (Top Six) and second from the Lower Six compete in Pool A to qualify for League Finals weekend and second, third, sixth (Top Six) and first (Lower Six) compete in Pool B.
Those sides play three more matches, starting on zero points, and the top-two in each pool qualify for the showpiece weekend.
Teams finishing in the bottom-four of the Lower Six after Phase Two keep their points and play three more matches, with the bottom-two then relegated to Division One.
Kwan Browne’s side start with two tough away trips to Old Georgians (Saturday, 8 March) and Surbiton (Saturday, 15 March) – the only two sides that they dropped points against in Phase One.
Then comes a home double-header weekend with clashes against Hampstead & Westminster (Saturday, 22 March) and Wimbledon (Sunday, 23 March).
Holcs, who are currently second, conclude their Phase Two campaign with a trip to Oxted (Saturday, 29 March).
Meanwhile, Brad Read’s women currently sit 11th (fifth in the Lower Six) in the table and kick off their campaign a week earlier (Saturday, 1 March) against Sutton Coldfield, who have lost 10 of their 11 matches since promotion to the top-flight.
A second trip of the season to Bowdon follows a week later and Holcs are again on the road on Saturday, 15 March as they head to the University of Birmingham where they could face former Holcombe players Izzy Shelley and Lottie Bingham, the latter recently made her full England debut in the Pro League and scored twice on just her second cap.
The penultimate fixture of Phase Two sees the team return to Holcombe Park to take on Clifton Robinsons (Saturday, 22 March) before concluding the phase with a trip to the University of Nottingham on Saturday, 29 March.
Pushback times will be confirmed in due course.
