A much improved display from Bromley saw them come back from their trip to Kingfield Stadium with a point and they should really have had all three given their first half chances.

Bromley started well with Louie Theophanous having one effort sail wide and another saved by Brandon Hall. After Daniel Braithwaite had a header saved by Joe Welch.

The Ravens again had a good spell with Theophanous hitting the bar and the inside of the post while Danny Waldren had a free kick saved by Hall.

Then on 41 minutes Hayes took the lead when Tom Cadmore’s free kick deflected into Tom Collins’ path and he made no mistake from six yards out to put the home side one up at half time.

Bromley came out looking to attack in the second half and they drew level on 55 minutes when Mike Jones played in Theophanous who crossed for Pierre Joseph-Dubois to volley home from close range.

Both sides had spells of pressure during the half Calum Butcher going close for Hayes, while Ishmael Welsh and Theophanous did likewise for Bromley, but neither could add to the score and the points were shared.
