Gillingham have made their latest signing of the summer by bringing in former Wales international striker Sam Vokes.

The 35 year old becomes the latest piece of the jigsaw being assembled by manager Gareth Ainsworth ahead of the new League Two season.
The former Wycombe Wanderers striker teams up with Ainsworth once again as The Gills boss looks to add more experience to his frontline that failed to deliver in the past few seasons.
At 35 some fans will question whether Vokes is the future of the club, but will undoubtedly bring a wealth of experience to a Gillingham side that has lacked goals in recent years.
Having also played for the likes of Bournemouth, Wolverhampton Wanderers and Burnley, Vokes has played at a much higher level and Ainsworth will be hoping that he, along with the likes of Bradley Dack and Jonny Williams can get The Gills promoted to League One.
Vokes is a former Welsh international, scoring 11 times in 64 appearances for his country, having begun his career in the academy at Southampton before joining Bournemouth.
He made his professional debut for the Cherries in December 2006 in a League One fixture at home to Nottingham Forest. He has three promotions to his name, all of which from the Championship. Two of those were with Burnley.
He scored his first Premier League goal at Turf Moor in August 2006 against Liverpool, a game Burnley won 2-0. On the international stage he represented Wales at Euro 2016, playing four games, and scoring a decisive goal against Belgium in the Quarter-Finals. Jonny Williams was also in that squad.
Sam has also represented Leeds United, Sheffield United, Stoke City, Norwich City and Brighton & Hove Albion.
Ironically, the striker scored his first professional goal at MEMS Priestfield Stadium in December 2006.
On completing the deal, Vokes said: “It’s great, it’s exciting, and I am looking forward to pre-season getting underway.
“I spoke to the manager a few times over the summer, we know each other well. Being right and ready to go on that first game is what it’s all about now.”
