Gillingham will face former manager Martin Allen when they head to Barnet for a pre-season friendly.

Justin Edinburgh’s side will take on the League Two opposition on Saturday 23rd July with kick off at 3pm.

It will be the latest game that’s been added to their summer itinerary with games against Dartford (July 26th) and Leyton Orient (July 30th) already lined up.

Gills fans are expected to travel to North London in their numbers for the game against their former boss with Curtis Weston and Gavin Hoyte having played for the Bees last season.

Meanwhile, Gillingham will be sending a side to face Braintree Town for a pre-season friendly on Tuesday 19th July.
