Former Gillingham manager Andy Hessenthaler was on one of the guests as Gillingham Physio Centre opened at the weekend.
The Gills legend was on hand to perform the opening ceremony alongside Rehman Chishti MP and Councillor Mike O’Brien as the new physio centre was officially opened to the public.
After finding the demand for their business at Rainham has risen in recent years, owner of the business Jav Mughal decided to open up a second premises in Gillingham.
Rainham Physio Centre has gradually grown over the past 23 years having served over 20,000 clients within the South East.
Their team has developed and grown, offering expert advice on neck, back and sports injuries.
Having decided to open the second business, owner Jav Mughal, the former Head Physio at Gillingham Football Club, explained to KSN why he was expanding:
“I felt it was time to grow the business and offer the people of Medway expert advice on many aspects of their wellbeing.”
“With that in mind, we are opening Gillingham Physiotherapy Centre and offering treatments which include physiotherapy, reflexology, hypnotherapy, acupuncture, sports massage, pilates, and advice on health and nutrition and any other aspects of wellbeing that people may require.”
“Added to this, we will be carrying out free seminars once a month on various subjects including correct stretching techniques, advice on managing back pain and also holding free workshops on a wide range of problems from sports injuries to managing diabetes.”
“A wide range experts from various fields, who I know personally, will be giving up their time to lecture on these subject, including James Barker from Crawley Town Football Club, Praveen Billagi, a well respected radiologist from Medway and various doctors and consultants, too many to name at present.”
