Gillingham Ladies have confirmed the signings of Mollie Kmita, Ellie Manning and Daisy Monaghan for the 2018/19 FA Women’s National League Southern season.

Manning and Kmita will be familiar faces to Gillingham Ladies fans as the pair were members of the FA Women’s Premier League South East Division One title winning squad two seasons ago. Manning, 24, joins after leaving C&K Basildon Ladies, where she made twenty-two appearances last season, finishing the season as league runners-up to Charlton Athletic. Ellie’s previous clubs include Millwall Lionesses and Charlton Athletic Women.

Kmita, 23, moves to Gills from West Ham United Ladies, having played seventeen times last season as the Hammers bid for Super League application was successful. Mollie’s career also spans spells at Tottenham Hotspur Ladies and Brighton and Hove Albion Women.

Also joining the Gills is midfielder Daisy Monaghan, signing from Charlton Athletic Women. The midfielder, 20, scored one goal in eleven games for Charlton last term. The Addicks won the FA Women’s Premier League Southern Division and the National Play Off, earning promotion to the newly reformed FA Women’s Championship.

One player definitely not returning to the club will be striker Kallie Balfour who has moved to Crystal Palace Ladies for the forthcoming FA Women’s Championship season.
