Gillingham have signed former Charlton Athletic winger Mark Marshall ahead of the 2019/20 season.
Manager Steve Evans suggested earlier in the week that he was looking to bolster his wide options following the departure of Nathan Thomas, and the club has moved quickly to acquire Marshall who has spent the last two seasons with Charlton Athletic, scoring four times in 60 appearances.
The 32-year-old, who began his career in non-league with Carshalton and Grays Athletic, has also featured for Eastleigh, Swindon, Barnet and Coventry City.
He spent one season with Port Vale, signing in the summer of 2014 before agreeing a two- year deal with Bradford City just 12 months later where he scored six times in 88 games.
Mark will train in front of the Gills supporters for the first time on Thursday, with the player available for Friday’s game at home to Southend.
