Football fans from all over the world “have been losing sleep” over an online football quiz developed by Reflect Digital a marketing agency in Maidstone, Kent.
Since the launch on August 7, the ‘hardest football quiz in the world’ had been visited by 29,000 people within a week and featured on popular ‘trending content’ websites Reddit, Bored Panda and Buzzfeed.
The game has now been visited by over 47,000 people worldwide and has been played in 158 countries, from Uruguay to Nepal.
Players are challenged to find 50 football teams on an interactive image with each club signified by a visual clue. It includes teams from the English and Scottish leagues as well as popular European clubs to increase the difficulty.

The quiz featured on several leading football publications such as Sport Bible, Planet Football and WhoAteAllThePies. The assistant editor at Sport Bible described the quiz as “Brilliant and infuriating. The “Mario Balotelli” of football quizzes.”
The Find 50 football quiz also had Kent businesses talking, with Jon Ford, Managing Director at Aford Awards in Maidstone described the quiz as “exciting, infuriating and highly entertaining – just like ‘the beautiful game’ itself!”
Mike Alexander, senior digital marketing executive at Reflect Digital, told Kent Sports News “the response and engagement has been absolutely amazing. We’re proud to have created something that has had such worldwide appeal. Only 3% of players have completed it so I think the ‘hardest quiz’ title is justified!”
“The quiz has been picked up naturally by popular football forums and on social media which is great. The Reflect Digital team has been up in the early hours of the morning responding to players who are asking for hints and tips on our Twitter and Facebook page. Many of them refused to go to bed until they had completed it!”
Mr Alexander added: “As well as being fun and engaging, we wanted to create something that has commercial appeal, proving that it’s possible to produce an engaging, fun and shareable piece of content from scratch, launch it on a national scale and successfully build a large, engaged audience.”
Players who enter 50 teams correctly will be entered into a draw to win £100 worth of JD Sports vouchers. Competition entries close at midnight on Thursday the 7th of September 2017.
