Elsewhere in the draw, Ebbsfleet United or Woking will host Notts County. The replay for the fourth qualifying round fixture will be played on Tuesday evening following the 1-1 draw between the sides on Saturday afternoon.
Assuming they win their replay against Eastleigh, Welling United will be waiting for the result of another tie. They will face Whitby or Stourbridge away.
Bromley face a tough trip to League One Bristol Rovers as they look to outdo their run last season when they lost to Peterborough at this stage.
Another side playing a Football League club are Dover Athletic. They will welcome Southend United to Crabble.
Bringing the draw to an end, Maidstone United will be hosting National League side Torquay United at the Gallagher Stadium.
