On Wednesday evening, Erith Town take a break from Southern Counties East Football League action when they entertain Barking in a London Senior Cup tie.
Adam Woodward’s Dockers come in off the back of successive victories over Canterbury City and Hollands and Blair. Their only two defeats in the last seven games have been at the hands of top two Chatham Town and Sheppey United.
Isthmian League North, Barking, are having a difficult season under Charlie McDonald and hold the penultimate place in the table with only Romford below them. They have lost their last six league games.
To get this far, Erith started with a first round three-nil win at Clapton, and they followed up with a three-one victory at Cray Valley PM. For Barking, a two-one win over New Salamis was followed in the second round by another two-one win, against Metropolitan Police.
Whoever wins this quarter final will host Brentford B in the semi-final. Hendon entertain Haringey Borough in the other semi-final.
