Former England stars will be on show for Lashings this weekend as they take on a former Maidstone United eleven.

Names such as Nigel Winterburn, Kerry Dixon and Luther Bissett will join former Gillingham midfielder Steve Lomas who has just been appointed manager of Scottish Premier League side St Johnstone.

They will join big names from sport such as cricketer Ed Giddins and boxer Lloyd Honeyghan in supporting the day which will see the Lashings World XI take on a former Maidstone United side.

Lashings have also confirmed that Royle Family actor Ralf Little will also be turning out for their side.

Maidstone’s side is expected to include former Stones Paul Foley, Terry Cordice and Mark Newson.

The match will take place at the home of Bearsted FC, Honey Lane, Otham, near Maidstone, with kick off at 2pm on Sunday.
