Nothing less than four points will do for Kevin Parrish and the Invicta Dynamos as they face two crucial games this weekend.

Having suffered only their second defeat in eleven games last weekend, going down 6-2 at league leaders Chelmsford Chieftains, the Dynamos find themselves fourth in the NIHL South, some twelve points behind their Essex rivals, but with three games in hand.

This weekend they face the short trip to take on the London Raiders on Saturday night before returning to Gillingham on Sunday evening to face the Oxford City Stars.

Both games will represent different tests for a Dynamos side that have shown all season that they can live with the best on their day, but will need to be on top form against sides that sit sixth and fifth in the league.

One very noticebale difference this season has been the lack of penalty minutes accrued by the Kent side, with 164 minutes across their fifteen league games, the second lowest in the league and keeping men on the ice could be crucial once again this weekend for the Dynamos.

Once again the Dynamos will be without injured duo Adam McNicoll and Bailey Wootton with the pair expected to be out until the New Year.

With a strong roster still expected to be available to Kevin Parrish, the Dynamos need to get back to winning ways to keep their title aspirations alive according to the Head Coach:

“We need four points, it’s as simple as that. We’ve shown on our day that we can be more than a match for anyone, but we need to make sure we play for all three periods.”

“We have got four winnable games between now and the Christmas break and I want us going into those few weeks off unbeaten and pushing towards the top.”

“The fans make a massive difference and I urge them to be loud and proud for us at both games this weekend as they truly are the extra man on the ice for us.”

Face off at Gillingham on Sunday evening is 5:15pm with a decent crowd expected for what could turn out to be a pivotal game come the end of the season.
