This weekend sees the Invicta Dynamos take to the ice for the first time ahead of the new season as they take on the Invicta Mustangs.

Ice hockey fans will get a first look at Kevin Parrish’s new look side with imports Jakub Klima and Juraj Huska set to make their debuts for the Dynamos against the second string side.

Fans will then get the opportunity to meet the side in the bar after the game with a decent crowd expected for the game on Sunday with the proceeds going to Demelza Hospice Care for Children.

Tickets to the encounter are priced at just £3 per person, regardless of age, providing fans a full evening of entertainment at a bargain basement price with the game set to start at 5:15pm.

The Dynamos roster currently stands at seventeen players with other new signings Chris Douglas, Shaun Wild, Adam McNicoll, Ryan Giles, Daniel Hammond, Elliot Knell and Alan Lack all set to turn out for the Dynamos this weekend.

Parrish’s side will face Peterborough Phantoms home and away over the weekend of the 7th and 8th of September in their latest pre-season games, before beginning the new campaign for real on Sunday 15th September when they face Chelmsford Chieftains in the NIHL Southern Cup at the Silver Blades Ice Bowl in Gillingham.
